Melody Pena-Cox is a New York City based Fashion and Retail Consultant specializing in Apparel Merchandising, Product Development and Brand Management.

Melody has spent her career in Product Management at fashion and retail companies including Macy’s Inc, Li & Fung, and Kohl’s Department Stores.  She has a strong background in developing and managing product assortments that enhance sales and profitability, and a proven ability to lead effective teams and work collaboratively with business partners to execute product and operational strategies that align with corporate goals. 

Melody received her BS in Fashion Merchandising and Business from Florida State University, and holds an MS in Historic Costume and Textiles from University of Georgia.
